and air. Hence it should be stored in cool and dark room temperature to &#013;<br />
preserve its nutritional benefits and to consider it as good food. </p>

 Multi grain and whole grain are not synonymous. Whole grain means the &#013;<br />
bran, germ and endosperm, whereas multi grain as the name suggests is a &#013;<br />
mixture of many types of grains although none of them is not necessarily&#013;<br />
